Abstract
The difficulties impacting the development and Implementation of information technology are discussed in this study. The difficulties raised are addressed in the context of IT implementation procedures, particularly with regard to the issue of administrators from the local government sector's demands and attitudes. This essay offers two main findings. The first is that the ultimate success of IT deployment depends on strategic planning. Second, it is demonstrated that executives' IT competence levels have contributed to the efficiency of the process for developing and deploying IT.
