ANALISIS PENEGAKAN DISIPLIN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DALAM PENINGKATAN KINERJA DI DIREKTORAT JENDERAL KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KEMENTERIAN DALAM NEGERI

Enforcement of discipline is an effort of employees coaching in order to increase the discipline level and the performance of the employees themselves. The aim of this observation is to observe how the enforcement of discipline implemented to the performance improvement in directorate general of population and civil registration based on the regulation. This research using descriptive research design with qualitative approach to conducting research in gaining facts, description and complete explanation of how the enforcement of discipline implemented in directorate general of population and civil registration, and also the data collecting technique is using interview, observation and documentation technique. By doing the observation, author ϔinds that the enforcement of discipline in directorate general of population and civil registration is already well implemented, but still need to improved. This may cause, there still a lack of leadership ϔirmity caused by the humanity factor in coaching the discipline of the employee, there still a lack on employee awareness about work discipline, and there still no reward to appreciate the employees achievement. Therefore, the author is addresing recommendation to directorate general of population and civil registration to optimalized more the on going process of implementation of enforcement of discipline for civil servant by increasing the leader system of monitoring, communication building and developing a leadership ϔirm in order to develop civil servants discipline and performance.
