functions continues even on productive lands, which has an impact on small farmers who are forced to sell their
agricultural land and switch professions to other jobs. Some of the obstacles encountered in the process of
protecting sustainable food land are due to the ineffective socialization, guidance, counseling and supervision

to include the community, especially small farmers affected by the transmigration program, as an effort to
improve their standard of living and welfare.
