THE ROLE OF COMPANY ABILITY, SUPPLY CHAIN RESPON AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ON COMPANY COMPETITIVENESS AND PERFORMANCE REGIONAL OWNED ENTERPRISES (BUMD) IN INDONESIA

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of company ability on company
competitiveness, the effect of Supply Chain Response has an effect on company competitiveness,
the effect of Supply Chain Management on company competitiveness and company
competitiveness on company performance. In this study using quantitative methods and data
analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0
software. The sample selection method used the snowball sampling method. An online
questionnaire was sent to 230 Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) respondents in Banten
Province. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that company Ability has a
significant effect on company competitiveness, Supply Chain Response has a significant effect on
company competitiveness, Supply Chain Management has a significant effect on company
competitiveness, and company competitiveness has a significant effect on company performance.
