IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM ELECTRONIC BUDGETING DI KELURAHAN KRENDANG KOTA ADMINISTRASI JAKARTA BARAT PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA

Indonesian nation has how entered the era of reform that is required to address the changes
that occurred one of which is the Government. The new paradigm of government is to
implement regional autonomy where the local government has the authority to regulate the
area included in the ϔinancial management. By developments in information technology today
demand financial management by using the computer as a database management. The central
government made a financial program that is online is Electronic Budgeting. This is done to
realize the local financial management are transparent and accountable.
According to explanation above, the writer focused on “Implementation of Electronic Budgeting
System at Krendang urban village West Jakarta City of Admnistration DKI Jakarta Province”.
This study aims to determine how the application Electronic Budgeting at Krendang urban
village West Jakarta City of Admnistration DKI Jakarta Province, the factor which delayed the
application Electronic Budgeting, and then the effort to overcome the obstacles Krendang
Urban Village in application Electronic Budgeting.
In this research, the writter applied explorative design by using qualitative approach. He
colleted the data through interviewed a half of main instruments and documentation. The
technique of analysis data used by the writer was reduction data, presentation, conclusion,
display and verification.
The results of this study indicate that the of implementation Electronic Budgeting in Krendang
Urban Village has been going effective, it can be proven with the data budget realization village.
In the implementation there are some problems such as human resources, internet service
low connection, and the catalogue is incomplete. While the efforts of the village Krendang
to overcome this is through education and more intensive training, good cordination and
planting awareness to work effetively and efficiently.
