IMPLEMENTASI PANDU GEMPITA DALAM RANGKA PENANGGULANGAN KEMISKINAN DI KOTA SUKABUMI PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

This article is backgrounded by the phenomenon The number of poor people continues to
swell from year to year, one of them in the city of Sukabumi, even though the poverty
reduction policy that is the agenda of the government continues to be rolled out, but in
reality so far the program has started from Development of Disadvantaged Areas (PDT),
Safety Nets Social (JPS), Development of Underdeveloped Village Supporting
Infrastructure (P3DT), Kecamatan Development Program (PPK) and others but are less
effective in its implementation.
Therefore the problem statement proposed is how the Implementation of Pandu Gempita
in the Framework of Poverty Reduction in Sukabumi City, West Java Province. Through
a qualitative descriptive method, an understanding was made that the implementation of
Pandu Gempita in Sukabumi City had been running but had not been optimal in terms of
the theory of factors that influence policy implementation (Edward III, 1980)
So it is recommended that greater, more precise attention, commitment and strategies be
improved from regional leaders so that this program can be implemented effectively.
