KAIDAH RENCANA TATA RUANG WILAYAH (RTRW) PERTAHANAN PADA IBU KOTA BARU REPUBLIK INDONESIA

This study analyzes the Spatial Planning of National Defense in the New Capital of the Republic of Indonesia,
which should be designed through two approaches at once, namely the prosperity approach and the security
approach, so that it will be able to become a capital city smart and green city as well as being a secure and defense
city, in facing threats, both military threats and non-military threats. By using qualitative methods and data
collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and literature study / documentation review,it can be
concluded that in building the New Capital City of the Republic of Indonesia, synergy with the RTRW of
Development made by the National Development Planning Agency and other related parties is required while still
referring to the provisions and paradigms of prosperity and security.
