Abstract

The presence of Act No. 6 of 2014 in the course of government in Indonesia requires that sub-district,
village chiefs, headman and village/village leaders, who deal directly with rural communities/villages should work together in an integrated and integrated to oversee and implement the Act OF No. 6
of 2014 and other legislation in order to bring prosperity. This study is a library research using secondary data. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, and conducted through an inductive
approach is the approach that departs from the things that are specific to be concluded or things that
are common. These results indicate that the Village Administration is the implementation of government
affairs and public interests in the governance system of the Republic of Indonesia. The authority of the
village namely the implementation of the Village Administration, the implementation of Rural Development, Rural community development, and community empowerment. Revenue Villages sourced from
revenue village, the allocation of Revenue and Expenditure, part of the results of local taxes and levies
Regency/City, the allocation for the Village of balancing funds Regency/City, financial aid from the
budget of the District/Municipal and Provincial grants and donations and other legitimate earnings village. Building a positive relationship between camat with village heads and village heads in the village
to meet the fiscal decentralization and empowerment strategies and to build public trust as an effort to
strengthen the village government in improving the welfare of the community
