Efektivitas Diklat Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Bandung Kementerian Dalam Negeri

ABSTRACT - This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of Education and Training of state civil apparatus at the Bandung Regional Resource Development Center of the Ministry of Home Affairs. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive methods. The research infoman numbered as many as 30 people. The results showed that the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Education and Training of state civil apparatus at the Bandung Regional Resource Development Center of the Ministry of Home Affairs has so far been running very effectively where overall respondents feel that the implementation of training has been able to provide changes in attitudes and behaviors as well as increase the work competence of participants. In the reaction indicator, it is known that there are still respondents who answer less effectively, this is because there are still participants who do not understand in receiving every learning material provided by the instructor during the training. The obstacles in the effectiveness of the implementation of education and training of the State Civil Apparatus at the Bandung Regional Human Resources Development Center of the Ministry of Home Affairs include 1. The submission of administrative files of education and training participants in the form of incomplete file copies. 2. Lack of strengthening the resource ability of the apparatus implementing activities through the implementation of education and training. 3. Weak commitment of the leadership in organizing an assessment of the individual performance of employees implementing training. 4. Lack of good disciplinary enforcement of training implementing employees
