Abstract

Problem Statement: The author focuses on limited online library services, direct verbal communication, access to referrals, librarian resource conditions and diversity of LSFH support facilities. Purpose:This study aims to know the LSFH policy by the Library in deciding the spread of COVID-19 on IPDN Method: This study uses qualitative methods. The technique of collecting data observation, documentation, and online interviews of 10 respondents consisting of 5 LSFH librarians and 5 LSFH service recipients Result:The results showed that the e-Resources Service was the easiest to implement and improved. Scientific Publication Services had the greatest technical challenges due to constrained server and application access, while the Library Guidance Service was a challenge to the capability and quality of delivering a librarian Conclusion:The LSFH policy by IPDN Library runs quite well. The writer's suggestion to equalization of the capacity of librarians with sufficient bandwidth, librarians' capacity improvement, and improvement of applications and scientific publication server.Keywords:Library Services From Home (LSFH), Work From Home (WFH), Library Policy, Covid-19 SpreadingAbstrak Permasalahan: Penulis berfokus pada permasalahan terbatasnya layanan perpustakaan daring, terbatasnya komunikasi verbal secara langsung, terbatasnya akses terhadap koleksi rujukan, serta kondisi sumber daya pustakawan dan keberagaman fasilitas pendukung LSFH yang dimiliki pustakawan.Tujuan:Studi ini difokuskan untuk menjawab bagaimana kebijakan LSFH yang dilakukan oleh Unit Perpustakaan dalam rangka memutus rantai penyebaran COVID-19 di IPDN.Metode: Penulis mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, serta wawancara daring secara mendalam terhadap 10 orang responden yang terdiri dari 5 orang pustakawan LSFH dan 5 orang penerima layanan LSFH. Hasil:Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Layanan e-Resourcesmenjadi layanan yang paling mudah untuk dilaksanakan dan mengalami peningkatan di masa pandemi COVID-19, Layanan Publikasi Ilmiah memiliki tantangan teknis yang paling besar dikarenakan terkendala akses server dan aplikasi, sedangkan Layanan Bimbingan Pemustaka menjadi tantangan terhadap kapabilitas dan kualitas penyampaian informasi seorang pustakawan. Kesimpulan:Kebijakan LSFH Perpustakaan IPDN berjalan dengan cukup baik. Saran penulis untuk peningkatan LSFH ini adalah pemerataan kapasitas ketersediaan bandwidth para pustakawan, peningkatan kapasitas pustakawan, dan perbaikan aplikasi serta server publikasi ilmiah.
